Wash them off and throw in your storage areas. However, don’t overlook broken pots and pans, big metal spoon in your drawer that the metal handle came off, tableware that is starting to rust, broken appliances either large or small and old cookie sheets etc. as these can be recycled too. The collected junk can be brought into a scrap dealer and exchanged for cash.
